Job description

Our company, a global energy and utilities company are currently hiring for 20 x Sales Support & Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for processing all new and renewing business customer agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume of new and existing client enquires via both phone and email.
  • Supports the sales teams working towards ambitious goals to be the leading business energy and related services supplier.
  • Manage all pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration requirements
  • Securing and close contracts into the internal ordering system.
  • Log, quote and accept a high volumes of energy contract queries (phone and email).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills
  • A passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
  • Utilities/Energy industry experience would be desirable but not essential.

Other

  • Location: Perth, Scotland
  • Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Contract Length: 9 month contract likely to be extend or become permanent (although not guaranteed)
  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the office
