Our client, a global biotechnology company, is currently hiring for a Head of Commercial Sales to drive commercial success globally and work with some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for leading commercial awareness and sales of the product to the worlds leading healthcare companies based in the US regions.
  • Design, implement and improve the sales process from lead generation through to post-sales and customer success
  • Understand the characteristics and benefits of the product and be able to convince clients of these
  • Hire into and manage the global commercial team, optimising the performance
  • Report monthly to the CEO on sales performance, pipeline and strategy

Requirements

  • Recent experience of working in sales and closing deals in the DNA services (or related)
  • Strong understanding of DNA services, production and manufacturing process and regulations
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong forecasting and analytic skills
  • US National or Citizenship required
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background

This is a full time, permanent position working remotely/home based with regular travel around the US.
