Our client, a global biotechnology company, is currently hiring for a Head of Commercial Sales to drive commercial success globally and work with some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
- Be responsible for leading commercial awareness and sales of the product to the worlds leading healthcare companies based in the US regions.
- Design, implement and improve the sales process from lead generation through to post-sales and customer success
- Understand the characteristics and benefits of the product and be able to convince clients of these
- Hire into and manage the global commercial team, optimising the performance
- Report monthly to the CEO on sales performance, pipeline and strategy
- Recent experience of working in sales and closing deals in the DNA services (or related)
- Strong understanding of DNA services, production and manufacturing process and regulations
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong forecasting and analytic skills
- US National or Citizenship required
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background
This is a full time, permanent position working remotely/home based with regular travel around the US.
