Esther Sapsted

​Esther has joined the MJS Team as a Senior Recruiter. With 8 years of experience, she still loves her job- "it never gets old helping candidates secure their dream role", she says.

Starting her career as a Resourcer, Esther has since worked as a 360 recruitment consultant, specialising in permanent office support roles- running a temporaries desk that peaked at 50 temporary workers, Executive Search roles and Finance.

"Mark James Search stood out to me as a recruitment company I wanted to join as their values aligned with my own," said Esther. "Everyone I met with during the recruitment process was lovely and moving back to a dual recruitment desk which includes placing contingent workers, covering new industries was exactly what I wanted to do!"

Running a temporaries desk keeps Esther busy, finding highly sought-after candidates and working to tight deadlines. When she's not working hard at her desk, you can find her trying new recipes or working hard in the gym!
