We're hiring an experienced Access Control & Badging Operator to support physical security operations for a leading global organization (confidential client). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and fulfil access badge requests through a ticketing system with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and maintain badging inventory (cards, printers, lanyards, and consumables), ensuring stock levels are always sufficient
- Issue, track, and reconcile temporary badges, maintaining clear audit records
- Monitor and troubleshoot badging devices (printers, encoding systems), escalating issues when required
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting on ticket volumes, turnaround times, and system performance
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and escalate operational or system issues promptly
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and continuous operational efficiency
Key Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Access Control, Badging, or Physical Security operations
- Strong understanding of access control systems and badging processes
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware/devices related to badging systems
