6-Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Amsterdam
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AI Solutions Lead to support the transformation of finance operations within a large, complex enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical AI capability with a practical understanding of finance operations and process improvement. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to embed AI-enabled workflows across finance functions, helping teams reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and scale smarter ways of working.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on execution, experimentation, and adoption, not purely project management or strategy.
The Role
Working closely with Finance, Transformation, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams, you will:
- Identify manual, repetitive, and high-impact finance processes suitable for AI enablement
- Build and test practical AI-enabled workflows, copilots, automations, and prompt-based solutions
- Support finance teams in adopting scalable AI-supported ways of working
- Create reusable playbooks, prompt libraries, guidance materials, and operational standards
- Run workshops, demos, and training sessions to improve adoption and user confidence
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to refine, test, and scale solutions
- Help define governance, controls, and validation processes to ensure responsible AI usage
- Track measurable outcomes including productivity gains, reduced manual effort, improved cycle times, and quality improvements

Experience in any of the following would be highly beneficial:
- Finance operations or finance transformation
- Record-to-Report (RTR) / Close processes
- Reconciliations, reporting, controls, or issue management
- SOX, audit, or governance environments
- Workflow automation, scripting, low-code/no-code tools
- Agile, Lean, or process improvement methodologies
- Initial 6-month contract
