Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing Value-Added Distributors (VADs) across the Nordics, with a focus on the enterprise networking and electrical sectors.
- Collaborate with VADs and the internal sales team to identify and onboard new VARs, Systems Integrators, Installers, and MSPs.
- Coordinate industry events in partnership with the Marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience in account management with enterprise networking solutions or electrical products, ideally with a vendor or VAD.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think deeply, strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to catch the points in a fast-paced environment.
