We are supporting a large, complex organisation in the Business Energy sector that is undergoing a significant, industry-wide transformation. They are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join an established change team and play a key role in delivering a major regulatory and operational programme.
This is a hands-on change role focused on ensuring that change is understood, adopted and embedded across the business, its teams and customers.

As a Business Change Manager, you will work as part of a wider change and programme team to support the delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative. You will partner closely with Project Managers, IT delivery teams and business SMEs to ensure the people and process impacts of change are effectively managed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of a complex, multi-stream change programme across the business
- Developing and delivering change plans covering employee communications, customer communications, engagement, training and readiness activities
- Conducting change impact assessments and assessing business readiness across multiple stakeholder groups
- Mapping and updating business processes to support new ways of working
- Ensuring change activities are aligned to programme milestones, benefits and KPIs
- Working in a cross-functional environment , collaborating with business, technology and programme teams
- Supporting the smooth transition of new processes into BAU, ensuring adoption and sustainability
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience working as a Business Change Manager / Change Manager within a medium to large, complex organisation
- Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex market, regulatory or technical change into clear, practical actions
- Solid understanding and application of change management methodologies, tools and frameworks
- Experience delivering change in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Exposure to digital enablement and data-driven change , with an interest in how tools such as AI can support adoption
- The confidence to work at pace, manage multiple workstreams and influence stakeholders at different levels
- Contract length: 12 months
