Job role and responsibilities:
- Manage existing partners, VAR, SI, MSP, Installer and key accounts in the Norwegian market, across enterprise networking and electrical channels.
- Work closely with distributors in Norway and internal VAD team to develop new partners and key accounts.
- Lead targeted business development initiatives in Norway to expand the company's market presence.
- Organize industry events together with our Marketing team to enhance brand awareness, including local events in Norway.
- Perform competition analysis.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in Account Management within enterprise networking solutions or electrical products, ideally gained from a vendor or VAD. Your deep market knowledge is paired with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience from vertical markets: hospitality, education, and multi-dwelling units (MDU) is a strong advantage:
- Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset, consistently approaching complex challenges with depth and creativity. Able to develop and propose innovative solutions that deliver real impact.
