We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Budapest to help our client grow their footprint in the Hungarian security and technology market.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify business opportunities within the local security industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
- Deliver solutions and presentations that address client-specific needs, driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Lead promotional initiatives, including training, industry events, and forums, to strengthen market presence.
- Develop and execute strategic analyses to maximize key project success and expand customer engagement.
- 5+ years' experience in the security industry with a proven track record in business development or sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Hungarian market and security industry standards.
- Established connections with system integrators and end-user networks.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with security suppliers, CCTV distributors, or system integrators is highly desirable.
