Are you a seasoned Business Development professional with a strong background in the security and technology industry? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients growing team in Prague.
What you'll do:
- Identify and engage system integrators, consultants, and end users in the Czech security and technology market.
- Build strong customer profiles and develop tailored solutions to address industry pain points.
- Drive key project breakthroughs, from analysis to execution, boosting conversion rates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across procurement, sales, and technical teams to develop long-term business relationships.
- Promote products and solutions through customer training, events, and industry forums to enhance brand influence.
- 5+ years of experience in the security/CCTV industry, ideally with sales project experience.
- Strong local market knowledge and an established network of system integrators and end users.
- Excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable in a multi-cultural environment.
- Prior experience with a system integrator, distributor, or security solutions provider is a strong advantage.
