We are expanding in Southeast Europe and seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our clients growth in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities in the Bulgarian security and surveillance sector.
- Build customer profiles and establish long-term partnerships with key system integrators, consultants, and end users.
- Coordinate across sales, technical, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Promote solutions through training, partner enablement, and participation in industry forums and events.
- Develop pilot projects and scalable strategies to drive repeatable success.
- At least 5 years of experience in the security/CCTV industry.
- Strong network and familiarity with the Bulgarian security market.
- Sales-driven mindset, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
- Previous experience with system integrators, distributors, or security technology providers is a plus.
