Business Development Manager – Security Solutions (Sweden) Stockholm, Hybrid
  
We’re working with a  global leader in security and surveillance technology , seeking an experienced and motivated  Business Development Manager  to drive growth and strengthen partnerships across Sweden.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, international business that develops cutting-edge security, CCTV, and AI-driven solutions used by organisations worldwide.
  
About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in promoting innovative security products and solutions to  system integrators, installers, distributors, and key end users  throughout Sweden.
You’ll identify and nurture new business opportunities, manage ongoing relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving market share and brand visibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand relationships with system integrators, installers, and key end users in Sweden.
  • Identify and pursue new business and project opportunities, maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Support marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase new solutions.
  • Encourage specification of the company’s products in major projects and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the wider Nordic team to refine local market strategies.
  • Deliver product and commercial training to partners as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in the  security, CCTV, or building technology industry , ideally with a manufacturer, distributor, or systems integrator.
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish security market and local industry standards.
  • Existing network of relationships within the  security or CCTV channel  (distributors, integrators, installers).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional colleagues.
  • Ideally based in or near Stockholm  and fluent in Swedish  and English .
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
