We are supporting a global, matrix-led organisation in the search for an Interim HR Business Partner Manager to support the BeNeLux region during a period of transformation.
This is a hands-on, senior HRBP contract role , combining strategic advisory work with operational execution. You will partner closely with regional leaders, HR colleagues, and Works Councils to deliver people-related transformation initiatives while ensuring full compliance with local labour legislation.
The role
As Interim HRBP Manager for BeNeLux, you will play a key role in:
- Supporting and executing organisational transformation and change initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on complex employee relations matters
- Leading and managing Works Council engagement and negotiations , particularly around change and collective measures
- Ensuring full compliance with BeNeLux labour law, HR policy, and internal governance
- Partnering with global HR functions, Centres of Excellence, and legal teams within a matrix environment
- Providing practical, solution-focused HR guidance while balancing risk, compliance, and business needs
- This role requires someone comfortable moving between strategic discussions and detailed case work .
- 7+ years' experience in senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles
- Strong background working in international, matrix organisations
- Demonstrable experience managing Works Council relationships and negotiations
- Deep knowledge of BeNeLux labour legislation and HR processes
- Confident handling complex employee relations cases
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, changing environments
- Contract length: 6 months
