Customer Account Services Coordinator
Location: Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid
Contract:  9 months, full-time
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Services Coordinator to join a global leader in connected vehicle solutions. In this role, you'll be part of the Global Customer Success team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth service delivery in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
You will be the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and installation partners, managing service scheduling, technical visits, and hardware replacements. Your goal will be to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, with a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer service requests, ensuring timely scheduling and completion.
  • Coordinate installation and service activities between customers and vendors.
  • Verify installations are completed successfully and that customer platforms are fully updated.
  • Manage incoming requests via calls and emails, both internally and externally, with full case accountability.
  • Work closely with multiple departments across the global organisation to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within telematics, fleet management, or related technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Experience with vendor management and service scheduling is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English required; an additional European language is a plus).
  • Well-developed time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
