Customer Service Advisor (Inbound Calls)
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)
Contract: 12 months
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri, shifts between 8:30am-5:30pm)

We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a growing contact centre team in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to support customers effectively while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Role
In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and resolved as quickly as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
· Responding to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and care
· Identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions
· Aiming to resolve queries at the first point of contact
· Using internal systems to access and provide accurate information
· Maintaining clear and accurate records of all interactions
· Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve service delivery
What We're Looking For
· Experience in a customer service or contact centre role
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· A problem-solving approach with attention to detail
· Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
· Confidence using multiple IT systems
