Our client, one of the largest life insurers in Europe, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Clerk to strengthen the service team. This team is responsible for handling client and broker inquiries regarding contract information, amendments, and payouts.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and written support of business partners and customers
- Answer customer and broker questions about their contracts and insurance products
- Complete process processing
- Offer calculations
- Implement contract amendments
- Process terminations and contract expirations
- Process third-party rights
Requirements
- Previous insurance or comparable professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of life insurance/private pension scheme
- Basic knowledge of the investment sector
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent in German and English
This position is primarily remote; however, you will be asked to attend the office near Frankfurt 4 times a month.
