Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality data in our pension administration system by analyzing, monitoring, and improving data quality.

Report on data quality and advise stakeholders including data owners, process owners, and change teams.

Collaborate across departments to ensure the correct use, flow, and management of data.

Formulate and build data quality rules independently or within a multidisciplinary team.

Work in a risk-driven manner, identifying and mitigating data risks effectively.
Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in data management, with strong knowledge of data warehouse environments and relational databases.

Expertise in SQL, data quality techniques, and object-oriented data models.

Preferably, pension administration knowledge or willingness to learn.

Strong skills in risk analysis and stakeholder management.

A collaborative, organizationally sensitive, and critical mindset when it comes to data processes.
