Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and capital programme delivery? We're hiring a Data & Reporting Analyst to support high-value infrastructure projects by driving performance insights and reporting excellence. This role plays a critical part in tracking Delivery Obligations across a £1bn+ annual capital portfolio, ensuring high-quality reporting and proactive change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse and report on Delivery Obligation performance using dashboards (Power BI) and internal systems.
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks that inform decision-makers across capital programmes.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of data inputs across multiple projects.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities by analysing key performance indicators across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and Finance teams to coordinate plans, align milestones, and support change forums.
- Drive reporting improvements and develop prototypes for automated systems.
- Contribute to broader capital planning and regulatory insight initiatives.
- Higher education qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with large datasets and Power BI reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a complex programme environment.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, project management, or PMO roles.
- Understanding of economic regulation and capital investment processes.
