We’re looking for a Delivery Obligation Analyst to join a dynamic and growing infrastructure project team based in Hounslow.
This role supports the planning, analysis, and reporting of regulatory investment obligations across high-value construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Delivery Obligations (DOs) from early-stage drafting through to closure and reporting.
- Assist in planning, assurance, and validation activities at key project gateway stages (G2 to G7).
- Monitor and report on DO performance using data tools like Power BI, helping identify risks and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Programme Control Managers to ensure DOs are accurate, robust, and aligned with investment expectations.
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve project oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Higher education qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in working with data, reporting tools, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or regulated capital investment.
- Familiarity with project management or PMO functions.
- Knowledge of economic regulation principles or capital governance processes.
