Job Title: Delivery Obligation Analyst
Location: Hounslow, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for supporting major capital investment programmes?

We’re looking for a Delivery Obligation Analyst to join a dynamic and growing infrastructure project team based in Hounslow.

This role supports the planning, analysis, and reporting of regulatory investment obligations across high-value construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Delivery Obligations (DOs) from early-stage drafting through to closure and reporting.
  • Assist in planning, assurance, and validation activities at key project gateway stages (G2 to G7).
  • Monitor and report on DO performance using data tools like Power BI, helping identify risks and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Programme Control Managers to ensure DOs are accurate, robust, and aligned with investment expectations.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve project oversight and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Higher education qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in working with data, reporting tools, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, or regulated capital investment.
  • Familiarity with project management or PMO functions.
  • Knowledge of economic regulation principles or capital governance processes.
