Job Description
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the build and operation of critical banking platforms within a global transformation programme. This role will focus on enabling efficient, automated, and scalable software delivery across Risk and web-based applications. You will work closely with development teams to ensure robust infrastructure and deployment practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
- Manage and support Linux (Red Hat) environments
- Deploy and maintain middleware platforms such as JBOSS
- Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Support release management and version control practices
- Implement security and compliance best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience
- Strong Linux (Red Hat) administration skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
- Knowledge of JBOSS or similar middleware platforms
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
