Job Description
We are hiring Dynatrace Engineers to support observability and monitoring across a complex global banking infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring system performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to deliver best-in-class monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance
- Analyse system metrics and identify performance bottlenecks
- Support incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
- Build dashboards and reporting for stakeholders
- Ensure system observability across platforms
- Optimise system performance and reliability
- Support automation of monitoring processes
- Maintain documentation and best practices
Requirements
- Dynatrace certification (mandatory)
- 3-6 years of experience in monitoring/observability
- Strong understanding of APM tools
- Experience in cloud and distributed systems
- Knowledge of microservices architectures
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
