E-commerce Specialist - Traffic Optimization & Acquisition
Location: Paris area (hybrid, 1 day remote per week)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to lead traffic optimization and digital acquisition across multiple online channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and leading marketplace platforms.
You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving conversion, and boosting online visibility through both paid and organic growth strategies. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage budgets and performance targets (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rates).
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign results based on data insights.
  • Align paid campaigns with product launches, brand priorities, and seasonal promotions.
Organic Growth & SEO
  • Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility across e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and content optimisation for Amazon and marketplace listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen SEO performance and cross-channel consistency.
Consumer Acquisition & Conversion
  • Design and manage customer acquisition funnels to attract, convert, and retain online buyers.
  • Analyse user journeys and conversion paths to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend optimisations to landing pages and user experience to increase engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build regular performance dashboards and reports for management.
  • Track ROI across all paid and organic activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Share insights and best practices to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
About You
  • Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Business (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid traffic management and digital acquisition within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (essential).
  • Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals and organic growth tactics.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Shopify or marketplaces such as Cdiscount, Fnac, or Rakuten is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
