We are currently hiring a Field Sales Representative to join a high-growth, technology-driven mobility business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding driver networks across multiple regions while working at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market development.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of new drivers within the platform. Acting as a key representative in the market, you will combine data analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on sales activity to identify opportunities and convert them into tangible results.
This is a highly dynamic role that blends field sales, business development, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse market data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies across different regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and local partners
- Conduct field visits and outbound campaigns to attract new drivers
- Support and guide new drivers through the onboarding process
- Gather and report market insights to continuously optimise performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and results

- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales or B2B environments is advantageous
- A valid driving licence (Category B) and access to a car is preferred
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or similar systems is a plus
