Partner Support Specialist
12-Month Contract | Amsterdam

We are currently hiring for a Partner Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, global technology organisation within their on-site operations team. This role is based in a busy support hub that provides in-person assistance to partners using the platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment , solving problems, and delivering a seamless support experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for supporting partners face-to-face within a dedicated support hub, helping resolve queries, guide them through processes, and ensure they have everything they need to operate successfully on the platform.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient support experience, while maintaining high service standards in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person support to partners, acting as a first point of contact for queries and issue resolution
  • Assist with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting platform-related issues
  • Manage high volumes of requests efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Use internal systems and tools to track, update, and resolve support tickets
  • Communicate updates, policies, and process changes clearly to partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational processes
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is essential
  • Background in customer support, retail, hospitality, reception, or front-of-house environments
  • Experience supporting customers or users with account issues, onboarding, or troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow) is advantageous
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operational or service-driven environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Additional Requirements
  • Fluency in English & Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
  • Availability to work full-time, including occasional weekends as part of a rota
  • Comfortable working on-site in a busy support hub environment
