We are looking for a customer-focused Greenlight Expert to join a fast-paced support hub environment. This role involves providing in-person and virtual support to driver-partners and prospective drivers, assisting them with onboarding, account-related queries, documentation, and platform support.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, preferably within a face-to-face support environment, and be comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries while escalating more complex issues when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional in-person and virtual support to driver-partners and prospective drivers.
- Assist with account setup, onboarding, and document verification processes.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and mobile application functionality.
- Guide partners through platform policies, updates, and best practices.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Escalate and follow up on more complex cases with internal support teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Previous customer support or customer service experience required.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently and professionally.
