HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Enterprise Solutions Division
Location: Paris area (hybrid - 1 day remote per week)
Employment: Full-time | Competitive salary + performance bonus
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the growth of a leading international technology company within its Enterprise Solutions division .
This position combines strategic partnership with operational HR delivery, focusing on two core areas:
  1. People operations and development for Sales and Technical teams.
  2. Talent mapping and recruitment of high-potential professionals in the enterprise technology sector.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with commercial and technical teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & People Development
  • Manage performance review cycles, bonus plan administration, and goal-setting processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs for Sales and Presales teams.
  • Identify development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to support engagement and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive performance, motivation, and career growth.
  • Support workforce planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Talent Mapping & Recruitment
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping within the Enterprise Networking, IT, and Telecom sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Technical roles, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Partner with agencies, universities, and professional networks to strengthen hiring efforts.
  • Advise management on compensation benchmarks and market insights.
HR Partnership & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership on organizational design, culture, and people strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • At least 10 years of HRBP experience , preferably in IT, Networking, or Telecom environments.
  • Solid understanding of Sales and Technical team structures .
  • Proven experience in performance management, onboarding, and training programs .
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and recruitment for technical and commercial roles.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
