About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the growth of a leading international technology company within its Enterprise Solutions division .
This position combines strategic partnership with operational HR delivery, focusing on two core areas:
- People operations and development for Sales and Technical teams.
- Talent mapping and recruitment of high-potential professionals in the enterprise technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & People Development
- Manage performance review cycles, bonus plan administration, and goal-setting processes.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for Sales and Presales teams.
- Identify development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to support engagement and retention.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance, motivation, and career growth.
- Support workforce planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping within the Enterprise Networking, IT, and Telecom sectors.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Technical roles, from sourcing to offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Partner with agencies, universities, and professional networks to strengthen hiring efforts.
- Advise management on compensation benchmarks and market insights.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership on organizational design, culture, and people strategy.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
- At least 10 years of HRBP experience , preferably in IT, Networking, or Telecom environments.
- Solid understanding of Sales and Technical team structures .
- Proven experience in performance management, onboarding, and training programs .
- Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and recruitment for technical and commercial roles.
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
