Role
- Provide HR Business Partner support for the Irish workforce on matters of compliance, business transformation and employee relations
- Support the implementation of country-specific programs
- Collaborate closely with different HR functions in Ireland and globally
- Employee Relations case management
- Planning and overseeing people impacting transformation work
- Performance management process support
- Employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven multi-year experience as an independent HR Generalist
- Strong background in Employee Relations
- Solid understanding of Irish labor law
