About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Influence & Media Manager to lead influencer marketing and media strategy for a leading international technology brand.
This is a key role focused on building brand visibility, credibility, and engagement across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in KOL and influencer management , media planning , and brand storytelling , with a proven track record of delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns that enhance awareness and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Influence & KOL Strategy
- Develop and execute influencer and ambassador strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with creators, KOLs, and brand advocates aligned with brand values.
- Oversee influencer activations, including briefing, content validation, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor trends and emerging voices to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
- Design and implement media plans (online and offline) to support launches, brand awareness, and campaign objectives.
- Manage relationships with agencies and media partners for paid media, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Optimise performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure message consistency across channels.
- Adapt global or regional campaigns for the French market.
- Manage and optimise budgets for influencer and media activities.
- Define KPIs and prepare regular reports on influencer and media performance.
- Use data insights and social listening to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, media strategy, or communications—ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong network of influencers, agencies, and media partners.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with performance-based influencer campaigns (affiliate or KPI-driven).
- Familiarity with tools such as Traackr, Kolsquare, HypeAuditor, or Meltwater .
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational agility.
