Informatica Architect - Oracle HCM Fusion Integrations (Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica Architect with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Fusion integrations to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, and we are open to candidates located in Mexico as well. As an Informatica Architect, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable integration solutions between Oracle HCM Fusion and other enterprise systems. Your expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and your deep understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion data models and APIs will be crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design:
- Design and document end-to-end integration architectures utilizing Informatica PowerCenter for Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Develop and maintain integration standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate integration technologies and tools.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.
- Development and Implementation:
- Lead the development of complex Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions for Oracle HCM Fusion integrations.
- Develop and implement data quality and validation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of Informatica processes.
- Work with Oracle HCM Fusion APIs and data models.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Document all Informatica related processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development and architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion integrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion data models and APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
- Certifications in Informatica or Oracle technologies.
