Our client are a global provider of networking solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their team. You will be focused on their SDN Platform in the B2B/Enterprise channel.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound phone calls to potential clients, and following up on leads;
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities;
- Answering questions from potential customers and sending additional information via email;
- Keeping track of product and service information and updates;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
- Staying informed about competing products and services;
- Researching and qualifying new leads;
- Scheduling appointments for the Sales Team and achieving targets;
- Closing new accounts by answering questions via phone, internet, and email, verifying and entering information;
- Achieving department and organizational goals by taking responsibility for meeting department targets;
- Collaborate with Key Accounts, Reseller, Distributor to create call scripts for generating sales leads.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience in ICT / Networking infrastructures with an SMB or enterprise environment
- Associate/ Community College (MBO-4), Sales and Account Management
- Planning and organizing, scheduling appointment;
- Prospecting skills;
- Technical insight, affinity with Wi-Fi and network infrastructures;
- Ability to build relationships, social skills;
- Data-entry skills (use of CRM), knowledge of MS-Outlook, MS-Teams, MS-Office;
- Customer-oriented;
- Professional and motivated for a sales support role;
- Knowledge of the English language in both spoken and written form is required
