Inside Sales Executive
Utrecht
 
Our client are a global provider of networking solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their team. You will be focused on their SDN Platform in the B2B/Enterprise channel.
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
 
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound phone calls to potential clients, and following up on leads;
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities;
  • Answering questions from potential customers and sending additional information via email;
  • Keeping track of product and service information and updates;
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
  • Staying informed about competing products and services;
  • Researching and qualifying new leads;
  • Scheduling appointments for the Sales Team and achieving targets;
  • Closing new accounts by answering questions via phone, internet, and email, verifying and entering information;
  • Achieving department and organizational goals by taking responsibility for meeting department targets;
  • Collaborate with Key Accounts, Reseller, Distributor to create call scripts for generating sales leads.
 
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in ICT / Networking infrastructures with an SMB or enterprise environment
  • Associate/ Community College (MBO-4), Sales and Account Management
  • Planning and organizing, scheduling appointment;
  • Prospecting skills;
  • Technical insight, affinity with Wi-Fi and network infrastructures;
  • Ability to build relationships, social skills;
  • Data-entry skills (use of CRM), knowledge of MS-Outlook, MS-Teams, MS-Office;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Professional and motivated for a sales support role;
  • Knowledge of the English language in both spoken and written form is required
