12-Month Contract
Location: Dublin (Primarily Remote/Hybrid)
We are currently supporting a global technology organisation with the hire of two multilingual analysts to join their European Law Enforcement Response team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, investigations, privacy, and public sector engagement within a highly trusted operational environment.
The team is responsible for reviewing and responding to requests from law enforcement and government agencies across Europe relating to user data and criminal investigations. The work is fast-paced, highly regulated, detail-oriented, and meaningful, with full training provided on internal systems, legal processes, and operational procedures.
Location & Working Model
- Dublin-based
- Primarily remote
- Occasional office attendance required
- Initial onboarding and training will likely be hybrid and intensive
- Ideal candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Dublin

We are specifically looking for candidates with:
- English + Polish
AND/OR - English + French

- Review and process requests from law enforcement and government agencies
- Assess information accurately while following strict internal procedures and compliance guidelines
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Work within a structured operational environment with strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A process-driven and operational mindset
- High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion
- The ability to learn quickly within a complex and evolving environment
A legal background is not required. We are open to candidates from a variety of environments, including:
- Customer operations or customer support
- HR or shared services
- Compliance or investigations support
- Administrative or coordination roles
- Graduates with strong language skills and the right mindset
