About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead Go-To-Market communication and content creation for a growing international technology company in the enterprise networking sector.
This role focuses on creating engaging, high-quality digital content that communicates product value and use cases across multiple channels, including the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and distributor networks.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B technology marketing or enterprise IT , with the ability to transform complex technical information into clear, impactful messages that drive awareness, engagement, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Communication & Content Creation
- Develop and manage content for the website, ensuring product pages and campaigns are engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised.
- Plan and produce rich media assets such as videos, animations, and interviews showcasing real-world use cases.
- Manage the LinkedIn content plan (posts, articles, and event coverage) to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns for customers, partners, and distributors.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributor communications, ensuring brand consistency across all partner channels.
- Coordinate and update product content for websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Support partner events, webinars, and roadshows through content, visuals, and video materials.
- Provide toolkits (videos, banners, decks, templates) to help distributors promote solutions effectively.
- Monitor campaign execution and measure content performance across platforms.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to align messaging and go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with design teams or external agencies for creative production.
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign results to guide continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field .
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B technology marketing , ideally within networking, IT, or telecom.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in digital content creation , including writing, visual storytelling, and video coordination.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CMS, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
- Strong storyteller with creative flair and attention to visual detail.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple projects.
- Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.
