Job Title: Marketo Expert
Location:  100% Remote (Europe-based)
Contract Length:  5 months
Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign production and execution, including asset creation, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization in Marketo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, and customer communications (80% internal audience of corporate employees, clinic staff, nurses, administrators and 20% to external HCP and patient audiences).
  • Ensure email messages are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, mobile rendering and conduct quality assurance on all email campaigns before execution.
  • Report on email results and provide insights and recommendations to internal requestors.
  • Interface with marketing teams, HR, IT, Legal, Finance and other departments daily and act as a representative of the broader Digital Strategy and Operations' team.
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot, QA and solution all email campaigns through execution.
  • Supports the business in upholding data integrity efforts (i.e. patients, providers, HCPs, clinics and employees).
  • Builds email (triggered and batch) campaigns to communicate with any/all of our constituents.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :
  • At least 5 years of Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations experience with heavy emphases on email automation and database management
  • Prior marketing automation system administration (Marketo-specifically) and CRM integration expertise
  • Basic understanding in front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic development and execution of lead journeys and multi-channel campaigns
  • Create targeted nurturing operational campaigns that support business objectives
  • Develop and implement automated campaigns primarily across forms, email and webinars
  • Configure, implement, and maintain marketing automation programs
  • Setup campaigns that leverage dynamic content and variable data fields for personalized messages
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Analytical and data-driven with demonstrated ability to understand key performance drivers
  • Very strong project management skills with an ability to work under pressure by prioritizing workload and managing frequent changes
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal clients on building and reporting on their campaigns
