MarTech Architect/Senior Developer
Location: Irving, TX
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Architect/Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of data-driven marketing technology solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and fueling business growth through expertise in customer data, omnichannel personalization, and media marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions for targeting, retargeting, real-time personalization, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Targeting Architecture:

  • Design and implement a robust media marketing architecture for both new and existing customers, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Develop comprehensive targeting and retargeting strategies across diverse channels, including social media, search, display, and video.
  • Lead media activation integrations to seamlessly support digital marketing initiatives on social media and advertising platforms.

2. Real-time Personalization:

  • Architect and implement sophisticated real-time personalization strategies to enhance online and offline customer interactions.
  • Integrate real-time data streams, such as website behavior, location, and purchase history, to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement rules-based and machine learning-driven personalization models to optimize customer engagement.

3. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive CDP strategy, encompassing data ingestion, orchestration, customer segmentation, profiling, and data activation.
  • Develop robust data pipelines for ingesting and processing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
  • Create and manage advanced customer segments using behavioral and demographic data.
  • Integrate the CDP with marketing automation, advertising platforms, and engagement systems to activate customer data.

4. Prospect Data Store & Management:

  • Develop and maintain a prospect data store, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Implement effective data acquisition and enrichment processes.
  • Establish and enforce data quality and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to privacy and compliance best practices to safeguard customer data.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable and robust MarTech solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing, business, IT, and UX teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful use cases.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to promote collaboration and innovation.

6. Technology Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the MarTech stack, including Tealium, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.
  • Possess expertise in CDPs, such as Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, and Salesforce CDP.
  • Exhibit a strong background in data integration, warehousing, and pipelines.
  • Maintain proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Demonstrate experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically GCP.


Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture, with a focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Proven experience with data integration tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP).
