We are hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast-growing, global technology platform operating in the food delivery and logistics space. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting courier operations and delivering a seamless onboarding experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Location: Amsterdam
Contract: 12 months
Working hours: Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend rotation)
Key Responsibilities
- Support new couriers with account creation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth start on the platform
- Communicate important updates related to operations, incentives, and programmes
- Deliver onboarding activities such as first-shift check-ins and account support
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities (e.g., calling campaigns)
- Troubleshoot onboarding and account issues, removing blockers efficiently
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to improve onboarding processes and experience
Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a clear and supportive approach
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable style
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues
- Comfortable using apps, internal tools, and digital platforms
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Experience
- Background in customer support, onboarding, training, or operations roles
- Experience with CRM tools or communications
- Dutch language skills are a plus
