About the Role
A leading financial services business is seeking an experienced Oracle
Developer
to join its Business Support team within the Pension Execution domain.
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality information products in a complex, data-driven environment.
This role requires excellent analytical skills, technical know-how, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
What You’ll Do

Design and build data and information products critical to business decision-making

Work as part of an Agile DevOps team, collaborating closely with the business

Translate complex data into actionable insights

Ensure accuracy and quality across data products

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within an Agile environment

Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively
What You Bring

4+ years of relevant experience as a software or data developer

Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle GoldenGate

Proven ability to work in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
