About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud. Your primary focus will be on building seamless integrations between various cloud and on-premises applications. Secondary skills in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- OIC Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build complex integrations involving various adapters, including REST, SOAP, database, file, and SaaS applications.
- Develop and maintain integration flows, orchestrations, and lookups.
- Implement error handling and monitoring solutions for OIC integrations.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions.
- Optimize OIC performance and ensure scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for OIC integrations.
- OTBI/BIP (Secondary):
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
- Create and modify BIP reports using data from various sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reports.
- Understand the data models used by OTBI and BIP.
- Assist in the extraction and transformation of data for reporting purposes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in developing REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with various OIC adapters (e.g., REST, SOAP, database, file, SaaS).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and related technologies.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, and other data formats.
- Experience with OTBI and BIP (highly desirable).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with other integration platforms.
