Role Overview
 
As Partner Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of IT, networking, telecom, and electrical integrators across France. You will drive sales performance, support business development, and help partners expand their market presence across selected verticals.
You will report to the Channel Sales Director - Enterprise Division (B2B) and work closely with the technical and marketing teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of existing IT and network integrators.
 
  • Recruit new high-potential partners to strengthen market coverage.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular visits, events, and remote communication.
  • Provide proactive support and demonstrate strong product knowledge within your business unit.
  • Respond to partner requests and collaborate with the technical team on product and solution proposals.
  • Maintain and update forecasts, account plans, and project pipelines.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and performance objectives.
  • Grow business with each partner to increase product portfolio share and revenue.
  • Support partners in developing their business within target vertical markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts.

Your Profile
 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or channel sales, ideally in network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) or related sectors such as video surveillance, unified communications, professional audiovisual, or electrical solutions.
 
  • Proven ability to sell solutions through integrators and partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly structured with strong presentation and writing skills.
