Job Title: PCS7 Support Analyst

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting critical industrial control applications? We’re looking for a PCS7 Support Analyst to join our client’s team and ensure the seamless operation of essential systems. You’ll be responsible for managing incidents, problems, and changes across the application lifecycle — with a special focus on PCS7.
Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll engage directly with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business users to deliver reliable and high-impact support. If you're experienced in PCS7 and passionate about operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for application incidents
- Monitor application health and performance
- Resolve issues efficiently and document resolutions in knowledgebase articles
- Take ownership of both proactive and reactive problem resolution
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database teams, and vendors
- Maintain and follow through on problem tickets to full resolution
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests, including IQ/OQ testing
- Execute or support application changes and upgrades in a validated environment
- Document procedures and ensure compliance with GXP/GAMP standards
- Oversee patching, version upgrades, and vendor collaboration
- Manage application access, asset info, and configuration documents
- Keep CMDB and service desk guides current and accurate
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting PCS7 and Distributed Control Systems
- Strong background in ITSO SME support, application upgrades, and incident resolution
- Familiarity with GXP and GAMP compliance
- Skilled communicator able to coordinate across technical and business teams
This is a full-time contract position for an initial 12 -month period, that may extend up to 24 months, and possibly longer.
