3 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

The Opportunity
We are working with a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant on an initial 3 month contract based in Reading, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and professional PA to provide high-quality support at Director level within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role
As Personal Assistant to a Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy senior leadership function. You will be a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion whilst managing a varied and demanding workload.
Day to day you will be:
- Providing comprehensive PA support to a Director, managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel and logistics
- Monitoring and reviewing emails, ensuring actions and deadlines are met within required timeframes
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to a high standard
- Processing Purchase Orders, expenses and credit card expenditure, and maintaining the hospitality register
- Assisting with the onboarding of new starters and providing wider administrative support as required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Director level, with a reputation for reliability, discretion and sound judgement in handling confidential matters
- Impeccable organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to a varied workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional manner
- A natural ability to build strong working relationships and create a positive working environment
- Strong IT skills with solid working knowledge of the Office 365 suite
