Pre-Sales Engineer – Finland

Job Description
  • Organize training sessions with distribution partners and deliver training to installers and end users in the local market.
  • Collaborate with the product team to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and deliver promotional product training.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyse customer requirements, coordinate with product and R&D teams for product improvements or project implementation, and provide full project solutions.
  • Support local market activities by coordinating internal resources and managing product selection, setup, and content presentation. Also responsible for translating product materials from English to Finnish.
  • Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives.
  • Provide technical support via email, phone, or on-site visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and help build new customer connections.
Job Requirements
  • Technical education in electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in video surveillance systems, access control, computer networks, or similar technologies; minimum of 1 year in video surveillance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; capable of independently preparing presentations.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
  • Fluent/native Finnish speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Based in or near Helsinki, with flexibility for short-term travel across Finland.
