Key Responsibilities
- Promote Interactive Displays, LED solutions, and Digital Signage as ProAV systems.
- Develop and maintain an annual business plan, including market and competitive analysis, as well as sales and marketing strategies, with quarterly updates.
- Establish distribution partnerships, engage with end users, consultants, and ProAV system integrators to generate demand and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate sales forecasting and set performance goals in collaboration with the regional sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and other customer-facing activities.
- Identify project opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Gather market and customer feedback to support ongoing product improvement and competitive positioning.
- Communicate new product information and marketing updates to customers, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, marketing, or project management, preferably within the ProAV sector.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Excellent client focus, goal orientation, and problem-solving ability.
- Capable of maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the Nordic region.
- Valid driver's license.
