We are seeking a Procurement & Commercial Manager to support the delivery of Electrical Systems Infrastructure (ESI) packages on a major offshore wind development in the North Sea.
This role will focus on contract development, drafting, and coordination across technical and commercial teams, ensuring robust and compliant contract delivery.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing procurement and commercial activities across ESI packages, supporting contract development and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and drafting of complex contracts for ESI packages
- Coordinating with engineering, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Managing the tendering process and evaluation of supplier submissions
- Ensuring alignment with technical specifications and commercial requirements
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and contractual issues
- Supporting contract administration and ongoing supplier engagement
- Strong experience in contract management within infrastructure or energy projects
- Proven experience working with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract frameworks
- Experience supporting engineering or technically complex project environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines
- Experience in offshore wind or large infrastructure projects (desirable)
