We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery within a large-scale Observability Programme for a Tier-1 financial services organisation. This role will focus on driving end-to-end implementation of monitoring and performance solutions across both application domains and platform infrastructure. You will play a critical role in aligning engineering teams and ensuring visibility, stability, and performance across complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the Observability Programme across application and platform teams
- Coordinate closely with Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts across domains
- Partner with Dynatrace engineers to deliver monitoring and observability solutions
- Define project scope, milestones, and delivery plans
- Align priorities across multiple technical teams and stakeholders
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and status updates
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organisation
- Monitor programme KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project/Programme Management experience
- Strong experience delivering observability, monitoring, or platform-related programmes
- Experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring tools
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
- Strong Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in enterprise or financial services environments (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
