We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical SSO (Single Sign-On) Migration Programme within a global financial services transformation initiative. This role will focus on delivering secure and scalable identity and access management solutions across enterprise platforms. You will work closely with both application teams and platform specialists to ensure seamless migration and integration.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the SSO Migration Programme
  • Collaborate with Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts across application teams
  • Work closely with platform teams responsible for SSO and identity solutions
  • Define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution
  • Ensure clear communication between technical and business stakeholders
  • Support governance, compliance, and security requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
 
Requirements
 
  • 7+ years of Project/Programme Management experience
  • Proven experience delivering IAM or SSO migration programmes
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments (preferred)
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
