Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the SSO Migration Programme
- Collaborate with Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts across application teams
- Work closely with platform teams responsible for SSO and identity solutions
- Define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables
- Coordinate requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution
- Ensure clear communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Support governance, compliance, and security requirements
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project/Programme Management experience
- Proven experience delivering IAM or SSO migration programmes
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments (preferred)
- Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
