Our client, a global, well-known technology company, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support the EMEA team based in London. Working alongside the recruiters to ensure an excellent candidate journey, organising interviews and building a talent pipeline of candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of interviews and feedback
  • Screen candidates' CVs and job applications through Workday (ATS)
  • Carrying out phone interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  
Requirements
  • Previous technical recruitment experience, either in-house recruiting or agency, would be advantageous but not essential
  • Great communicator
  • Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system
  • Experience in interview techniques and inclusive applicant screening methods
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  
This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week from their office in London. This is a contract position lasting 12 months with the potential to be extended, although this is not guaranteed.
