Our client, a global, well-known technology company, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support the EMEA team based in Dublin. Working alongside the recruiters to ensure an excellent candidate journey, organising interviews and building a talent pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of interviews and feedback
- Screen candidates' CVs and job applications through Workday (ATS)
- Carrying out phone interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
Requirements
- Previous technical recruitment experience, either in-house recruiting or agency, would be advantageous but not essential
- Great communicator
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system
- Experience in interview techniques and inclusive applicant screening methods
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week from their office in Dublin. This is a contract position lasting 12 months with the potential to be extended, although this is not guaranteed.
