Overview:
A global enterprise software leader is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support the financial operations of its Software Services business across EMEA. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless project financial management, accurate reporting, and end-to-end operational support in alignment with US GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer documentation and oversee the operational lifecycle of Software Services projects
- Manage invoicing processes, third-party coordination, and cost entries
- Handle cost and revenue accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations and project financial tracking
- Execute month-end close activities: revenue and cost recognition, posting financial transactions, ensuring data integrity
- Participate in regular status meetings and provide variance analysis
- Deliver analytical insights to support business initiatives and track financial performance of projects
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Finance, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) teams
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and policy compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in financial or operational roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional language proficiency (German or French) is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite and OpenAir is an advantage
