We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Consultant with specialised expertise in process mining and process mapping to join our clients dynamic team. This role will involve analysing, designing, and improving business processes by leveraging SAP Signavio’s process intelligence and modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Utilise SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to conduct deep analysis of business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Interpret process data and generate insights to drive business decisions and process enhancements.
- Develop end-to-end process maps and models using SAP Signavio.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define process frameworks and align them with business goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of process changes and improvements.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP Signavio solutions.
- Customize and adapt Signavio tools to meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on Signavio functionality and best practices.
- Act as a key advisor to business and technical teams on process design and optimization strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of business process management, process optimisation, and digital transformation using SAP Signavio.
- Proven experience in SAP Signavio, including Process Intelligence, Process Manager, and Collaboration Hub.
- Strong experience in business process mining, mapping, and analysis to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of BPM methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex process data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and data integration strategies is a plus.
- SAP Signavio certification or equivalent BPM-related certification is highly desirable.
This is an initial 6-month contract which may extend on a 6 monthly basis for up to 24 months and is outside of IR35.
