Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager passionate about enabling high-performing Scrum teams and delivering real value at pace? We’re hiring a skilled and proactive professional to join a dynamic, cross-functional environment on a fully remote basis across the EU.

Your Role As a Delivery Manager, you will serve as a servant-leader , facilitator , and coach across multiple Scrum teams. You’ll be the critical bridge between strategy and execution—enabling agile practices, guiding teams, unblocking delivery issues, and ensuring that projects are aligned to business goals and executed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support 2–4 Scrum teams, fostering agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and adjust Scrum practices to suit the team environment.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and inspection/adaptation.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain well-prioritized and refined backlogs.
- Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of “Done” increments
- Lead cross-team collaboration, release planning, and inter-departmental coordination
- Oversee release project management, including coordination with marketing and business units.
- Track key agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, etc.) and support continuous performance improvement.
- Create sprint and release reports based on evidence-based management
- Foster a high-performing, positive team culture and support individual development.
- 5+ years in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach role.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices, with practical experience tailoring them to team and business needs.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.
- Preferred : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
